Which plan should I pick?

Basic if you run one website. Pro if you have several sites or want priority support. Elite for the most storage and bandwidth, plus a staging site to try changes before they go live.

Is there a contract?

No. Pro and Elite are billed monthly. Basic can be billed monthly, every 6 months or yearly. Every plan comes with a 45-day money-back guarantee.

How do I pay?

You check out in our client area and pay by card (through Stripe) or with PayPal. Invoices and receipts stay in your client area.

Can you move my existing WordPress site?

Yes, free. Open a ticket after you order and we'll copy your files and database over, then help you point your domain.

What does the control panel look like?

You get DirectAdmin, with a built-in WordPress manager, file manager, email accounts and databases. If you'd rather not touch it, open a ticket and we'll make the change.
